SMO Review: Nipsey Hussle - Crenshaw

Nipsey Hussle's latest and probably most successful project Crenshaw has opened many eyes to what he has been bringing to the table for years. It's good to hear Nipsey's growth and progression from Bullets Ain't Got No Names and The Marathon. Read the review of Crenshaw after the jump.

From the beats to Neighboorhood Nip's lyrics, you'll find very few shortcoming's. This 21-track project has tracks for everyone to feel and enjoy, plus having DJ Drama host the body of work doesn't hurt one bit. The opening song "You See Us" produced by Mike Free heavily sets the tone for the project. Giving listeners a motivational feel combined with Hussle's lifestyle. Going through the tracklist you hear a lot of anthems such as the single "Checc Me Out" featuring Dom Kennedy & Cobby Supreme, "The Weather" featuring Rick Ross & Cuzzy Capone, "Drop Coupes" produced by Bruce S, & one of my favorite tracks "Change Nothing" produced by 1500 Or Nothin. The vibe from this project is very inspirational and positive, mixed with street ties. Crenshaw will bring many new listeners, fans, and business to Nipsey Hussle. Making him one of the premiere MC's out of the West Coast. With the amount of highlights on this free album, I'm sure you'll find more than one to enjoy. Make sure you take out the time to listen and download Nipsey Hussle's Crenshaw below.
