I feel this is the best list since 2010. Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q, Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson, Trinidad Jame$, Kirko Bangz, Dizzy Wright, Angel Haze, Travi$ Scott, and Logic take this year's cover.
