SMO Review: Frankie Mac - Real Life Situations EP

I didn't know what expect the first time I gave this EP a listen, but that's what makes it good. The beats and production from this project give it unique sound coming from a Texas artist. Read the entire review after the jump.
Frankie Mac's Real Life Situations is a 7-track EP that offers an original sound and flow. The production from Dre Eazy, Mark Martyr, Makaih Beats, and Sango help increase the EP's worth twice as much. From listening to RLS, Frankie Mac seems to be motivated and determined to display real personal topics that many in our youth can relate to. From relationships to social issues to pure fun, Frankie Mac touches these topics in depth. One of the highlight tracks "Owe Me" is an uptempo song produced by Sango. We enjoy it because it's great "feel good music" and is universal. Another standout off RLS is "HomieLoverFriends" featuring fellow GR Set member Da Deputy. Produced by Dre Eazy, this track explains what a lot of our youth goes through in terms of relationships and friendships. As we played this EP, it was pretty hard to find a track that we didn't enjoy. Frankie Mac gives the people "feel good music" and you can't go wrong with that if it's done right. We highly recommend you give Frankie Mac's Real Life Situations a download below.
