Houston native and former Boss Hogg Outlaw member Le$ continues to force his way onto the scene and does not disappoint with the new E36 mixtape. Read the full review after the jump.
For those that are fans of cruising the streets of your town on late nights, I suggest you add E36 to your collection. Giving you that Texas chill, mixed with an underground, pure hip hop sound creates something worth a listen. Early tracks on the project like "Racing" and "Zoned" set the tone for what's to come from this project. Carrying that relaxed, mellow vibe down the track list makes this sound enjoyable from start to finish. The track "Chillin" displays Le$'s true lyrical ability. Describing a day in the life of himself with such detail and wordplay that a visual gets constructed in your mind. The feature from Smoke Dza on "Autobahn" is a very good look. The two blend well together well and show obvious chemistry, as you can hear on the track. The next track "Opulence" produced by Mr.Rogers and features Texas legend Slim Thug, is one of the best off this project. For the cruisers out there, add this track to your CD, iPod, iPhone, etc... The list for great, smooth tracks seem endless on this mixtape. From songs like "Shit Talk", "Playa 4 Life", "Blind", I mean you have to choose which one you like best for yourself. We give this project 4 out of 5 O's. Tell us what you think about this project in the comment box below or on our twitter also found below.
